Exchange & return policy
1- You have the right to return the purchased products and receive a full refund within 24 hours of delivery. If the product is still sealed with the original warp and packaging. Once the courier receives the product again, please note that the refund will be done within 7 to 14 days to the same credit card used in the purchase & after checking the condition of the product. Shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded; merchandise only.
2- You have the right to cancel the order while processing & just before dispatch from the warehouse to the address without any deduction or additional fee. Please contact the customer service team immediately if You wish to cancel or return the ordered product.
3- Warranty is valid for two years of the purchase of all electronic products. Please place an order through the website for the product to be picked up by the shipping company and delivered to customer service; for a report from the services department to proceed with the repair or exchange process after the diagnosis of the service center.
4- Accessories that come with electronic products are not covered by the supplier’s warranty.
5- Warranty on earphones is valid for one year.
6- Please note that claim might take up to 21 days to return the repaired product or replacement back, as the service center report is mandatory.
7- In case the product was misused, the client will be notified with an official report by the service center and the available alternative potions.
8- Games cannot be exchanged or refunded.
9- Products on sale or discount cannot be refunded; they can only be exchanged if proven to have manufacturing defects after sending the product to the supplier for assessment.
10- The original receipt or invoice, which was sent to the client's email upon purchase, must be available for refund or exchange claim.
11- Gadget or non-electronic products are not subjected to warranty. In case a customer experienced damage in a product upon unsealing the package, please take a photo of the defective item and contact the customer service team via support email, and our team will be happy to assist Within three days from the date of purchase.
12- Cash on delivery option must not exceed 2,000SR.
